Shipping - Returns - Exchanges - Errors WARRANTY: Most of the products on our site carry a manufacturers' warranty. We will replace or return any defective product during 10 days from date of purchase, exchange policy. After the 10 day policy the product must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty, if available, at buyer’s expense. For automatic knives to have a warranty they must be manufactured in the U.S.A., by a manufacturer that offers a warranty. Automatic conversion knives are guaranteed to work properly when you get them and do not have a manufacturer’s warranty. PROOST ENTERPRISES/JAX KNIVES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SHIPPING: Returns within the 10 day from date of purchase must be returned in their original packaging by UPS Ground and insured against loss at your expense. Shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable unless a defective product, returned within the 10 day from date of purchase. Proost Enterprises reserves the right to change shipping methods to UPS at our discretion. Shipping fees are not refundable. Orders made before 12:00 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday ship same or next business day. Orders after 12:00 P.M. EST ship next business day. We assume no responsibility for shipping delays caused by the shipping methods chosen or otherwise as they are not under our control. Next day, 2nd day or any expedited shipping methods may not be 100% reliable, nor are they guaranteed or refundable for any reason. All merchandise must be shipped to buyer at the buyer’s address. You may not purchase any merchandise on behalf of or in another person’s name. RETURNS: Returns or exchanges are based upon our approval and are subject to a 15% restock Fee.
